THE JUMEIRAH
CLINIC
A worked plan for a private dental clinic in Jumeirah, built on real UAE search demand. The market data is measured. The outcome is modelled, and every assumption behind it is on this page.
infoIllustrative clinic · projected, not a client result
The Jumeirah Clinic is an illustrative profile, not a real business. We wrote it to match the private dental practices we most often speak to in Dubai, so the plan below has something concrete to be tested against.
Single location in Jumeirah. General, cosmetic and orthodontic care under one roof.
Aligners, veneers and implants as the margin drivers. Whitening and check-ups as the entry treatments.
Media only. No in-house marketing team.
Enquiries arrive, but few convert to a booked, attended consultation.
This is the shape of the problem in most clinics we look at. The traffic is not the constraint. The gap between an enquiry and someone sitting in the chair is the constraint, and it is the part almost nobody buys advertising to fix.
Everything in this section is measured UAE search data. No client account was involved, because there is no client behind this plan.
Volume, cost-per-click and competition figures are Google Ads data for the United Arab Emirates, English, pulled via DataForSEO in September 2026. Monthly peaks are cited from the trailing twelve months. Competition index is Google's own 0–100 auction-pressure score. Every figure in sections 05 and 06 is a projection built on adjustable assumptions, not a measurement.
Full width = 3,600 searches/month.
Full width = $43.97 per click.
"Invisalign dubai" draws 1,300 searches a month. "Clear aligners dubai", the generic description of the same product, draws 70. Patients in this market do not search for the treatment category at all. They search for the brand, at nineteen times the volume.
"Dental implants dubai" costs $40.96 a click at a competition index of 35. "Dentist dubai" costs $31.58 at an index of 77. The expensive procedure sits in a quieter auction than the generic term every clinic in the city is bidding on.
"Smile makeover dubai" carries a competition index of 16 with a top-of-page bid reaching $54.45. Low volume at 260 a month, but it is the highest-intent phrase in the set and the auction for it is close to empty.
Every high-value term in this study peaks in September as Dubai returns from the summer. Implants run 3.2× their May level, veneers 3.2×, braces 4.1×, smile makeover 10×. A flat annual budget misses the single biggest window in the year.
Concepts developed for this study. Each frame belongs to a territory, and each territory exists to test a specific idea about what moves a Dubai dental patient.

Reading the wall against the search data changes what we would run first, and what we would rewrite before spending anything on it.
"What are Clear Aligners? They are a modern alternative to traditional braces."
"Clear aligners dubai" draws 70 searches a month. "Invisalign dubai" draws 1,300.
The ad explains a category nobody is looking for, in words nobody types.
Lead with Invisalign by name. Keep the explainer as the second line, where it answers rather than introduces.
"Dental implants that feel natural. Strong & durable, natural look & feel, expertly placed."
Implants cost $40.96 a click but sit at a competition index of 35, well below the generic terms.
The expensive click is in the quiet auction. Worth more weight than the menu suggests.
Give implants their own campaign and landing page rather than a slot on a general treatments page.
"Limited time teeth whitening offer, 20% off this month."
Whitening is the cheapest entry click at $17.36 and peaks at 2,900 searches in September.
This is an acquisition offer, not a revenue driver. It buys a first visit cheaply.
Run it into the September window and measure it on what the patient books next, not on the whitening itself.
"Beautiful smiles begin here. Premium dental care in the heart of Jumeirah."
"Smile makeover dubai" has a competition index of 16 and a top-of-page bid up to $54.45.
The premium positioning has a matching search term that almost nobody is bidding on.
Point this creative at smile-makeover search rather than treating it as a brand banner.
Sequenced so the cheapest fixes land before the expensive ones. Nothing here requires a bigger budget than the clinic already spends.
Response time, enquiry routing and consult reminders come first. At a booked-consult rate of 45%, every ten points gained here is worth more than a ten percent cut in click price, and it costs nothing in media.
Rename the aligner campaign around Invisalign, give implants and smile makeover their own campaigns and landing pages, and stop paying generic-term prices for traffic the whole city is bidding on.
Run the creative territories against each other, retire what loses, and stage the winning assets six weeks ahead of the September return instead of into it.
Click prices below are real UAE Google Ads data. Everything after the click is an assumption, and you can move all of them. This is a model of what the plan is aiming at, not a record of anything that has happened.
The lever worth noticing. These defaults describe what the plan is aiming at. Drag "enquiries that book" back down to 45%, where most clinics we look at actually sit, and cost per patient climbs by about a third with the budget and the click price untouched. That gap is what the first ten days of this plan buys, and it is why we do that work before spending more on campaigns.
These are the numbers we would report against from day one, and the ones that would appear here if this were a real engagement.
Measured in minutes. In this market it moves booked consults more than creative does.
A booked consult nobody attends is a click paid for at full price and thrown away.
Held per treatment and per campaign, never blended across the account.
Against real case value and contribution margin, not against enquiry counts.
We'll pull your market's real numbers and build the same plan against your menu, your budget and your booking process, before you spend anything.
